6. Conclusion of a purchase and sale agreement
Goods and services can be purchased in the online store by the Buyer, to whom
6.1. The Buyer, wishing to purchase goods sold in the online store, must read the Rules;
6.2. In the payment information section, the Buyer must confirm that he has read the Rules by checking the box with the inscription: I have read and agree to the terms and conditions of the page. Then click Pay.
7. Buyer's rights and obligations
7.1. The Buyer has the right to purchase goods in the online store;
7.2. The Buyer has the right to refuse the goods purchased in the online store (more details are provided in Chapter 4 of the Rules);
7.3. If the Buyer refuses to accept the goods during the delivery of the goods without good reason, then the Buyer must cover the costs of delivery incurred by the Seller;
7.4. By using the online store, the Buyer agrees to the Rules and undertakes to comply with them.
8. Rights and obligations of the Seller
8.1. If the Buyer knowingly or unknowingly harms or attempts to harm the operation of the online store and/or violates its obligations, the Seller has the right to immediately and without warning restrict or suspend the Buyer's ability to use the online store, and in exceptional cases - cancel the Buyer's registration;
8.2. In the event of circumstances beyond the Seller's control (force majeure) and other important circumstances, the Seller may temporarily or completely terminate the online store's operations without prior notice to the Buyer;
8.3. The Seller undertakes to create all conditions for the Buyer to properly use the services provided by the online store;
8.4. The Seller undertakes to deliver the goods ordered by the Buyer to the address specified by him in the Rules and on the terms specified on the goods delivery page;
8.5. The Seller, if unable to deliver the ordered goods to the Buyer due to important circumstances, undertakes to offer an analogous or as similar product as possible in its characteristics. If the Buyer refuses to accept an analogous or as similar product in its characteristics, the Seller undertakes to refund the money paid to the Buyer within 3 business days.
9. Liability
9.1. The Buyer is fully responsible for the accuracy of the data provided in the registration form. If the Buyer provides inaccurate or incorrect data in the registration form, the Seller is not liable for the consequences arising from this;
9.2. The Buyer is fully responsible for his actions performed using the online store;
9.3. If the Seller's online store contains links to the websites of other companies, institutions, organizations or individuals, the Seller is not responsible for the information contained there or the activities carried out there, does not supervise or control those websites and does not represent those companies and individuals. In the event of damage, the guilty party shall compensate the other party for direct losses.
10. Final provisions
10.1. The Seller reserves the right to change or supplement these Rules at any time.
10.2. The Buyer, who believes that his rights have been violated, must contact the Seller in writing no later than three months from the date of the violation and state his requirements. The Seller must examine the request free of charge and provide a detailed, reasoned written response, supported by documents, no later than within 14 days. If the problem cannot be resolved, the Buyer has the right to contact the State Consumer Rights Protection Service (address: Vilniaus g. 25, 01402 Vilnius, Lithuania; by e-mail: tarnyba@vvtat.lt, by phone: +370 5 2626751, website: www.vvtat.lt; its territorial divisions in the counties) or fill out the application form on the Electronic Dispute Resolution Platform https://ec.europa.eu/odr/ .
10.3. All disagreements arising from or related to the purchase and sale agreement or order between the Buyer and the Seller shall be resolved by negotiations. If an agreement cannot be reached, the disagreements shall be resolved in accordance with the procedure established by the legal acts of the Republic of Lithuania.
